We will refund the purchase price excluding any delivery charges if you selected a non-standard shipping option (such as express shipping). Under EU law, we are required to refund the cost of standard shipping where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use our return label service for a flat fee (see our Return Policy), which will be deducted from your refund. Exceptions: Custom or personalised items, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g. underwear), as per EU law.
