Return Policy

First things first: what can you return?

You can return your order if:

  • It’s unworn and unused

  • Has all the original tags

  • Comes in its original packaging

  • You’ve got the receipt or proof of purchase

That’s the basic drill. We don’t take back items that look like they’ve had a night out. Keep it fresh and we’re good.

The non-negotiables:

  • Personalized items can’t be returned unless something’s wrong with them.

  • Socks and underwear are final sale — unless defective. Hygiene matters.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable. But hey, they don’t expire, ever.


Refund to Original Payment Method – 14 days

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind.

  • No reason needed.

  • We’ll refund the item(s) to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is on you — unless the product is faulty.

    • You can send it back yourself

    • Or use our return label: in which case a flat fee will be charge. Fee depends on the country and volume returned (we will provide a receipt from UPS for transparency). The return label fee will be deducted from your refund

Why we charge return labels:
We make premium gear in the EU under fair conditions, not in sweatshops. Our margins are tight by choice — ethical production isn’t cheap. So yeah, we charge for returns to stay in business and keep delivering the good stuff. Hope that makes sense.

Faulty or incorrect item?

That’s 100% on us.

  • If you got something defective, damaged or just plain wrong — email us immediately: info@pizzamovieparty.com

  • We’ll replace or refund it, no extra cost, no drama.

EU law says you've got 2 years to report product issues. We’ve got you.

Quick FYI on promotions:

If you return part of an order that had a discount (like “buy 3, get 1 free” or “free shipping over €90”), we recalculate based on what’s left.

  • 3x2 deal? If you send back one of the trio, we’ll issue a gift card, not a refund. That way you still get the value you paid for.

Once we get your return:

  • We’ll inspect it and confirm it meets the rules

  • If yes, you get your refund or your gift card

  • If refund: expect it within 10 business days

  • Banks can take a few days extra to show the funds
